Responsibilities

• Serve as a first-line customer support representative, handling a high volume of inbound calls and cases (60–70 per day).
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with timely, accurate resolutions.
• Process customer transactions and order entries in SAP per company policies.
• Manage and resolve customer cases in Salesforce with proper documentation and closure.
• Provide customers with options and alternative solutions aligned with their needs.
• Coordinate with Tier2 support for escalation when required and ensure follow-up.
