Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma Required.
• 1+ years of experience in product and/or customer service.
• 1+ years of experience in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Process customer quotes accurately and efficiently.
• Handle order entry and order processing activities.
• Serve as a primary customer facing contact.
• Utilize Salesforce and SAP daily to manage customer and order data.
• Supports manufacturing customers.
• Works as part of a centralized customer service team.
• All team members perform similar functions (quoting and ordering) to promote cross training and coverage.
• Analytical skills to aid in assessing customer needs and problem solving.
• Focus on quote processing and order entry/processing for manufacturing customers.
