Job summary

Becklar, LLC is seeking an Alarm Monitoring Associate in Ogden, UT for part-time hours (16-29 per week). Starting pay is $16.50/hour with potential to reach $17.00/hour after 90 days; grave starting pay $17.50/hour with potential to $18.00/hour after 90 days.

You will process alarm signals, dispatch authorities in emergencies, test alarms with partners, and document responses. A HS diploma and ability to type 40 wpm are required, with training and weekend/holiday shifts available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Able to type at least 40 wpm.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Willing to work a Day/Early morning shift and weekends or alternate weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process alarm signals quickly and professionally in stressful situations.
• Dispatch authorities to subscribers' locations during emergencies and verify help is en route.
• Assist alarm company partners with alarm system tests to ensure alarms are functioning.
• Accurately document all alarm responses in the computer system.
• Learn and use new software; participate in ongoing training for professional growth.

To ensure each team member gets schedule flexibility you must be willing to work 1 weekend day each week or every other weekend.
