Becklar, LLC in Rexburg, Idaho is hiring a Video Monitoring Operator to join our in-office team. You will process video alarm signals quickly and accurately, ensuring detailed records through the ticketing system, and support rapid response for people and property.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail is a must.
• Must be able to type, write, and speak English.
• Must be able to use technology efficiently for an extended amount of time.
• Minimum of 16 working hours per week.
• Preferred Experience: 1 Year of phone customer service
• 1 Year of security experience
• Bilingual is a plus
