Job summary

Becklar is seeking an on-site Customer Service Associate in Ogden, UT to support our SMART Critical Event Protection Platform. You will process video alarm signals, provide detailed ticketing information, and learn new software to manage multiple tasks.

The role requires 1+ year of customer service experience, strong attention to detail, and English proficiency. Minimum 16 hours per week with overnight shift options.

What You’ll Do:

• Process video alarm signals quickly, accurately and professionally

What We're Looking for?:

• 1+ year of customer service experience strongly preferred

• Strong attention to detail is a must

• Must be able to type, write, and speak English

• Must be able to use technology efficiently for an extended amount of time

• Minimum of 16 working hours per week

• Shift (10pm-7am) but we are flexible with start and end times

Preferred Experience (but not required)

• 1 Year of phone customer service

• 1 Year of security experience

• Bilingual is a plus

• We are only hiring for Swings (2pm-10pm) or Graves (10pm-6am) but we are flexible on the start and end times
