Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is hiring Team Members to deliver exceptional customer service, clean and stock facilities, handle payments, and assist in food preparation for travelers.

Ideal candidates will be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, and maintain high standards for food safety and customer engagement. This is an entry-level hospitality/retail role in a busy travel plaza environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Thoroughly clean and stock the area.
• Process accurate payment transactions at the POS.
• Prepare and serve quality food.
• Perform a variety of kitchen-related tasks including prepping, thawing, cooking, packaging, wrapping, and cleaning.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Actively cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services available in the plaza.
• Follow brand standards and food safety requirements.
