Job summary

CrossAmerica Partners is hiring a Team Member to deliver friendly, fast service in our store. You will greet customers, help locate products, ring up sales, and maintain a clean, organized shop.

This position offers flexible part-time hours with weekly pay and benefits for full-time staff. Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus; reliability and punctuality are essential for success in a busy store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math and cash handling experience.
• Flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a positive and friendly attitude.
• Assist customers in locating products and making purchasing decisions.
• Promote store products with up-to-date knowledge of promotions and new arrivals.
• Upsell and cross-sell items to increase store sales.
• Operate the cash register, handle cash, provide correct change, and process sales securely.
• Maintain store cleanliness and restock shelves as needed.
• Support inventory counts and report low stock levels to management.
• Adhere to safety protocols and work with team to meet store goals.
