Store - CHI-ALGONQUIN, IL

Deliver friendly customer service, assist customers with their shopping needs, and ensure a positive checkout experience. Maintain store standards through truck unloading, stocking, and recovery duties to uphold our Brand Promises.

1. Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
2. Ensure a quick, friendly checkout; handle cash transactions according to standards.
3. Promote the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards; assist with enrollments.
4. Educate customers about the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
5. Support Omni channel processes, including BOPIS and SFS.
6. Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
7. Complete merchandise recovery and store maintenance to ensure a well-merchandised, in-stock environment.
8. Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
9. Support shrink and safety initiatives.
10. Follow SOPs and company policies to ensure legal and operational compliance.
11. Interact respectfully and positively with team members and customers, promoting our organization’s values.
12. Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Ability to stand for long periods, move throughout the store, and perform physical tasks like lifting and reaching.
• Work may involve outdoor activities, climate-controlled and non-controlled areas, and work hours including nights, weekends, and early mornings.
