Position Overview:

As the Customer Service Team Leader/Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our customer service operations and office management. You will lead a team of customer service associates, ensuring exceptional service and operational efficiency. This position requires a detail-oriented, strong leader who is both strategic and hands-on, with a knack for motivating and empowering a team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage customer service associates and office operations.
  • Engage with the sales team to ensure tailored solutions for potential and current customers, driving business forward and ensuring ongoing satisfaction.
  • Proactively communicate with customers to address their needs and enhance their experience.
  • Conduct strategic analysis to identify opportunities for improving customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Organize office operations and procedures, manage correspondence, review and approve purchase and expense requisitions, and oversee clerical functions.
  • Plan and implement office system updates to maintain office efficiency.
  • Collaborate with leadership to promote continual growth and improvement.
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant college degree preferred.
  • Proficient computer skills and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • The ability to delegate and empower others.
  • Must possess integrity, self-awareness, humility, compassion, resilience, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Familiarity with office management software and customer service best practices.
  • Strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Experience:
  • Previous experience in a leadership role within customer service and/or office management.
