Job summary

Medequip Assistive Technologies is seeking a Customer Service Team Leader in Stafford. You will supervise the customer service team to deliver first-class service to internal and external customers, coordinating with other departments to reduce delays and improve delivery times.

The role requires strong MS Office skills and a minimum of three years in a public, healthcare or service-based environment, with a focus on empathy, accuracy and efficiency. Training and development are provided.
