The role involves processing orders, invoicing, CRM updates, quotes, and coordinating freight while collaborating with the sales team in a fast-paced environment. Five years of experience and strong communication are required.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of customer service experience.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to train and oversee a small team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with detail orientation.
• Ability to multitask, switch priorities, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and quick response to customer needs.
• Typing around 40 WPM; 10-key experience preferred.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable in a small team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support a small team of Customer Service Representatives, including training new employees.
• Receive and respond to customer calls, emails, voicemails, and inquiries professionally.
• Process customer orders and provide product information, pricing, updates.
• De-escalate concerns, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions to complex challenges.
• Complete invoicing, RMAs, warranty orders, freight claims, and other docs.
• Support order entry, inventory inquiries, CRM data maintenance, and quotes.
• Coordinate freight estimates and file freight claims with shippers.
• Maintain daily logs and monitor order-entry quality.
• Partner with sales to provide phone, email, quoting, and general support.
