Weekend and holiday availability is required, and the role includes supervising seven direct reports. Qualifications

• Recruits, trains and retains team members.
• Develop succession plans.
• Addresses customer inquiries/complaints within 24 hours.
• Operates accounts within labor guidelines.
• Inspects accounts weekly for machines and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assists in training and development of team members.
• Interviews applicants to staff levels.
• Reviews inventory and waste; makes recommendations.
• Prepares Inventory Report Card evaluations and disciplinary actions.
• Generates management reports to ensure profitability at accounts.
• Verifies and signs off on timecards.
• Lifts and moves objects up to 40 pounds while at accounts.
• Leads on projects assigned by the Operations/Branch Manager.
