Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is seeking an energetic leader to fill the role of Customer Service Attendant Supervisor. You will train and mentor team members, interview applicants, and manage accounts to maintain service standards.

In this role you will review inventory, generate reports, and collaborate with the Operations and Branch Managers on projects. The position includes driving company vehicles to accounts and enforcing safety policies, with opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Assists in training and development of team members.
• Interviews applicants for Customer Service Attendant positions to maintain staffing levels.
• Reviews inventory and waste levels of accounts and makes recommendations.
• Prepares Inventory Report Card evaluations, reviews these with team members, and takes necessary disciplinary action monthly.
• Generates reports for management to ensure profitability at accounts.
• Verifies and signs off on timecards.
• Leads and assists on projects assigned by the Operations Manager or Branch Manager.
• Lifts, carries or moves objects weighing up to 40 pounds while training and assisting at accounts.
• Addresses customer inquiries/complaints within 24 hours.
