Qualifications

• Experience in training and developing team members.
• Ability to recruit and retain staff.
• Strong focus on customer service and team leadership.
• Ability to manage inventory, labor costs and waste.
• Wamiliar with safety regulations and PPE usage.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the training and development of team members.
• Interviews applicants for Customer Service Attendant positions to maintain staffing levels.
• Reviews inventory and waste levels and makes recommendations.
• Prepares Inventory Report Card evaluations and discusses them with the team.
• Completes monthly inventory action plans for team members.
• Generates reports for management to ensure profitability at accounts.
• Verifies and signs off on timecards.
• Visits accounts and meets with account representatives.
• Leads projects assigned by the Operations Manager or Branch Manager.
