Qualifications

• Experience managing inventories and waste.
• Ability to review and improve labor efficiency.
• Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours.

Responsibilities

• Assists in training and development of team members.
• Interviews applicants for Customer Service Attendant positions to maintain staffing levels.
• Reviews inventory and waste levels of accounts and makes recommendations.
• Prepares Inventory Report Card evaluations and discusses with team; implements disciplinary actions as needed.
• Generates reports for management to ensure profitability at accounts.
• Visits accounts and meets with account representatives.
• Leads and assists on projects assigned by the Operations Manager or Branch Manager.
• Follows safety requirements at accounts.
