Qualifications

• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Route ~400 calls per day to the appropriate individuals within the organization.
• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
• Manage web inquiry questions and route to the correct individuals.
• Review and respond to time-sensitive communications such as social media responses and emails.
• Collaborate with the customer support team to identify improvements and coordinate scheduling/rotations.
