• Partner with VP/GMs and service managers to set and maintain customer-facing metrics.
• Develop and improve segment-wide service standards, processes, and capabilities globally.
• Lead warranty governance to improve reliability and reduce costs.
• Oversee service networks, authorized providers, distributors, and channel partners worldwide.
• Cultivate leadership pipelines through coaching and succession planning.
