Job summary

Amphenol Communications Solutions (ACS), a division of Amphenol Corporation, is seeking a Customer Service & Planning Specialist in the Etters, PA area. You will balance orders, inventory, and demand planning while coordinating across global manufacturing partners to ensure timely fulfillment.

The role emphasizes strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Management, and Operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, Planning, Purchasing, Operations, Inventory Management, Manufacturing Support, or related functions.
• Experience managing customer orders, inventory tracking, purchasing activities, or supply chain coordination preferred.
• ERP experience preferred (QAD experience is a plus).
• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for customer inquiries related to orders, availability, shipments, lead times, and escalations.
• Build strong customer relationships through responsive communication and professional problem solving.
• Monitor high priority issues and coordinate resolution across internal teams.
• Support customer account activities including order tracking, shipment visibility, and issue management.
• Monitor service metrics and ensure on time performance across processes.
