Progressive Leasing is seeking a Supervisor - Customer Service to lead and coach a team focused on delivering exceptional service. This role supports remote work within a 60‑mile radius of Draper, UT, or can operate from our Utah corporate office.

You will mentor staff, monitor performance, and ensure service levels consistently exceed expectations. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, strong math skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Ability to calculate discounts, interest, commissions, percentages.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Your Day-to-day

• Train team members on effective customer interaction methods

• Work with Progressive Leasing customers and provide exceptional customer service

You’ll Bring

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Will need to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, percentages, etc.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays
