AVI Foodsystems is seeking an energetic leader for the role of Customer Service Attendant Supervisor. This position oversees training, staffing, and performance across customer service accounts with a focus on quality and profitability.

The role requires supervising daily activities, conducting staff development, and ensuring safety protocols while traveling to various accounts to maintain strong service levels.

Qualifications

• Experience training and developing team members.
• Ability to interviews applicants for staffing needs.
• Create inventory reports and action plans.
• Review reports and ensure profitability at accounts.
• Ensure safety compliance in accounts and field work.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and development of team members.
• Interview applicants for Customer Service Attendant positions.
• Review inventory and waste; make recommendations.
• Prepare and review Inventory Report Card evaluations monthly.
• Generate management reports to ensure profitability at accounts.
• Lead projects assigned by Operations/Branch Manager.
• Visit accounts and meet with account representatives.
• Verify and sign off on timecards.
• Operate company vehicle safely for travel to branches/accounts.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
