AVI Foodsystems is seeking an energetic and optimistic leader to fill the role of Customer Service Attendant Supervisor. This role focuses on building and developing a strong team, maintaining inventory controls, and ensuring exceptional customer service across accounts in the Fort Wayne area.

The supervisor will recruit and train staff, monitor performance, and generate profitability reports for management. A focus on safety, reliability, and a positive, family-like culture is emphasized.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and development of team members.
• Interviews applicants for Customer Service Attendant positions to maintain staffing levels.
• Reviews inventory and waste levels of accounts and makes recommendations.
• Prepares Inventory Report Card evaluations and discusses with team.
• Generates reports for management to ensure profitability at accounts.
• Leads projects assigned by the Operations Manager or Branch Manager.
