Responsibilities

• Assists in training and development of team members.
• Interviews applicants to maintain staffing levels.
• Reviews inventory and waste; makes recommendations.
• Prepares Inventory Report Card evaluations and enforces discipline monthly.
• Generates reports for management to ensure profitability at accounts.
• Verifies and signs off on timecards; visits accounts and meets with representatives.
• Leads projects assigned by Operations/Branch Manager.
