Job summary

You will lead a team, interface with customers and operations, review complaints with warehouse/transport, and help plan workload and performance data. A bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years supervisory experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 1–3 years in a lead/supervisory/management role is required.
• 1–2 years of logistics industry experience is preferred.
• Previous customer service and operations background is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the shift and daily activities.
• Interface with customers and address issues with operations.
• Review customer complaints with warehouse management and/or transportation.
• Plan workload and forecast volume; ensure documentation complies with guidelines.
• Lead staff to improve productivity and develop associates.
