Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1–3 years in a lead/supervisory/management role required.
• 1–2 years of logistics industry experience preferred.
• Experience in customer service and operations required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the shift; support staff daily/weekly.
• Interface with the customer and coordinate with operations to resolve issues.
• Review customer complaints with warehouse management and/or transportation.
• Execute daily customer contract requirements and identify accessorial activity.
• Interact with customer groups; provide first-line escalation for service issues.
• Ensure documentation is completed and filed per guidelines.
• Provide a professional, safe, fair, and secure work environment.
• Lead staff to increase productivity via improved processes and development.
• Ensure workload planning, volume forecasting, and performance data collection.
