Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to provide a top‑notch shopping experience.
• Communicate with team and assign daily tasks.
• Mentor and coach teammates to meet service and sales goals.
• Assist with training new team members and cross‑training.
• Support scheduling and department planning to boost engagement and sales.
• Ensure product freshness and proper rotation and dating.
• Adhere to food safety standards and safety guidelines.
• Operate registers and handle cash as needed.
• Lead by example in ordering, receiving, stocking, pricing and display where applicable.
• Contribute to a diverse, inclusive team culture.
