Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Support service team, merchandising and front-end operations.
• Lead by example to deliver best-in-class service.
• Supervise team and support training, including development to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Ensure adherence to alcohol laws and maintain a safe store environment.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
