Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking an organized Customer Service Supervisor and HR Recruitment Coordinator to oversee client care quality, customer service, caregiver recruitment, onboarding and HR processes in a busy office.

The role includes supervising staff, coordinating scheduling to support visits, maintaining records for compliance, and providing HR support for recruitment, hiring and retention. Travel is minimal and confidentiality is essential.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of community service, client service or staffing experience.
• Two or more years of general office and computer experience (e.g. scheduling, HRIT).
• One to two years of Human Resources with high volume recruiting experience preferred.
• One to two years in a supervisory role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage quality care, customer service, and overall client satisfaction.
• Coordinate caregiver recruitment, onboarding, hiring, and record keeping for compliance.
• Provide HR support for recruitment, retention, and personnel actions.
• Ensure documentation, scheduling, and payroll processes align with regulations.
