Job summary

Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority (MNAA) is seeking a Supervisor, Customer Service for the Flying Aces and Lost & Found programs at Nashville International Airport (BNA). The role oversees orientation, training, communications, and administrative tasks, including daily supervision of the Lost & Found program and acting as a backup supervisor for the Customer Service team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of customer service, hospitality, or related experience.
• 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Valid Driver's License - Class D.
• Preferred: Associate's Degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff in accordance with MNAA policies and laws.
• Manage the Flying Aces volunteer program.
• Interview and onboard volunteers; conduct orientation.
• Deliver ongoing training and operational support to volunteers.
• Coordinate volunteer appreciation events and manage supplies.
• Back-up supervisor for the Customer Service team; assist passengers and handle complaints.
