Job summary

The Nashville International Airport (BNA) is seeking a Supervisory leader for the Aces and Lost & Found programs. This full-time role oversees the Flying Aces volunteer program, delivers training, and coordinates day-to-day customer service operations for passengers and volunteers.

You will supervise staff, mentor team members, manage lost and found processes, schedule coverage, and ensure safety and compliance while delivering exceptional customer service in a busy airport environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of customer service or related experience.
• 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Valid Driver's License - Class D.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Flying Aces volunteer program and onboarding.
• Coordinate Lost and Found operations and data accuracy.
• Provide ongoing training and coaching to Customer Service staff and volunteers.
• Schedule staff to meet daily passenger demand.
• Ensure safety, compliance with policies, and RISE values.
