Job summary

Nashville International is seeking a Supervisor Passenger Service Operations to lead daily passenger service and ramp operations at Nashville, TN. This role directs, trains, and coordinates an assigned shift across check-in, security, baggage transfers, de-icing, and related services.

The position requires aviation industry experience, strong leadership, and a commitment to safety and customer service, with flexible hours aligned to flight schedules.

Qualifications

• Requires one year of experience in the aviation industry.
• At least 6 months of experience must be equivalent to an Airline Service Agent.
• Must receive initial/advanced Operations Services training required by the individual airlines within probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, and participates in Customer Service and Ramp Services operations for both contracted flights and charter aircraft.
• Directs and trains assigned Agents, including new employee training and ongoing safety training with records.
• Coordinates Services with air carrier personnel, station managers, and TSA representatives as required for the shift.
• Ensures equipment is maintained in good working order and trains staff on equipment operation.
• Ensures compliance with FAA and TSA security regulations and airline policies; attends regular meetings.
