Job summary

  • Supervise and support the Customer Experience team, including performance evaluations, attendance, and training.
  • Foster strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive retention and growth.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide training and mentorship to team members.
  • Review customer orders and quotes daily for accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist with complex customer interactions and escalations.
  • Monitor and support the order entry process to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain a clean, professional, and organized work environment.
  • Actively participate in company-wide quality, efficiency, and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $38.00/hr.
