Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotels, restaurants, or grocery environments is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks.
• Maintain cleanliness in store, including bathrooms and floors.
• Provide a positive, safe, and respectful environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
