Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions at the register, and keep the store well-stocked and organized to meet productivity standards.

The role requires lifting 30–50 lbs, standing for long periods, and delivering friendly service. Part-time position with opportunities to grow within a nationwide retailer, located at 170 Danbury Rd, New Milford, CT.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, or healthcare customer service is highly preferred.
• Able to follow instructions and read operating documents.
• Able to lift 30–50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Handle sales at the cash register and manage transactions.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive, unload, and stock merchandise according to productivity standards.
• Ensure a safe, respectful environment with professional interactions.
• Keep the store clean, including bathrooms and floors, and restock as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
