Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations in Bremen, Indiana. You will help with merchandising, stocking, and front-end duties while providing a friendly, safe shopping environment.

You will assist with cash handling, customer interactions, and maintaining store cleanliness. This role requires physical activity and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs, with an emphasis on integrity and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight in a safe manner according to productivity standards.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Maintaining cleanliness throughout the store, bathrooms, floors, and trash removal.
• Ensuring a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Managing sales transactions while operating the cash register.
