Job summary

Qualified Staffing is seeking a Customer Service Specialist in Grand Blanc, MI. The role pays $18–$20 per hour and runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM as a temporary assignment from October to January. You will handle customer demands, manage orders, and support internal goals while building strong relationships with clients.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment with solid communication skills and basic math abilities.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, administrative, or order entry experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Excel experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Customer Demand Management- Negotiate New ship date (inside lead time)
• Customer management – Manage Orders and systems as required
• Manage Customer Portals and Specific customer requirements
• Assist with Department Goals initiatives
• Develops positive relationships both internally and externally.
• Manage Customer Ratings
• Act as “Voice of the Customer” while understanding financial impacts of organization
• Other duties as assigned
