Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the friendly face at our center, helping customers with rentals and products. You will use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage inventory and dispatch equipment, and you may assist with moving and hooking up trucks and trailers.

The role includes inspecting equipment, answering questions, preparing invoices, and educating customers about services. This position offers on-the-job education and part-time hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Customer-service oriented with ability to assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with U-Haul products and services.
• Use U-Scan to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean equipment on the lot.
• Educate customers about products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and process returns.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Propane filling and forklift certification offered on employment.
• Attend ongoing U-Haul education.
