Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service. You will assist customers, operate U-Scan technology for rentals, and help with moving and setting up equipment at our stores.

The role involves inspecting and maintaining equipment, answering questions, and educating customers about products and services. Training is provided through U-Haul University and on-the-job education will be offered.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including fluid checks.
• Educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returns.
