Job summary

U-Haul in Biloxi, MS is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to join a supportive team. You will assist customers inside and outside the store, use U-Haul technology to manage rentals, inspect and hook up equipment, and ensure a positive customer experience.

No sponsorship. On-the-job education; earn a $100 hiring bonus and a $300 cash bonus after completing the Equipment Inspection and Verification program at retail stores.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with U-Haul products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
