CHC Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Health Care Customer Service Specialist for the Orthopedics team in the Pittsburgh, PA area.

You will handle order intake by phone or fax, verify information for billing, and coordinate with doctors, therapists, and staff to ensure timely delivery of prescribed medical supplies. The role emphasizes accurate data entry, professional communication with patients and providers, and collaboration with the orthopedic team to manage order status.

Responsabilidades

• Receive orders by phone or fax and obtain all information needed to process orders.

• Note all correspondence with customers, doctors or therapists.
• Prioritize urgent or emergency orders and print the care plan with documentation.
• Interact with orthopedic team members to assist patients with order status.

CHC Solutions, Inc. is currently seeking a passionate Health Care Customer Service Specialist to join our Orthopedics team in the Pittsburgh, PA (Robinson Township) office.Who We AreCHC Solutions, Inc. provides medical supplies to patients with a focus on outstanding customer service. We are headquartered near Pittsburgh, PA and have multiple locations throughout the Eastern United States.We receive an order from doctors and their staff, verify the products are covered by the patient’s insurance, the supplies are shipped to them, and we bill their insurance.Everything we do is about improving the patient experience.
