Job summary

Martin Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver timely and accurate support, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will help customers with inquiries, process orders, and resolve issues while representing the company’s mission to help organizations operate better.

As part of a team, you will coordinate with sales and support functions to ensure smooth order flow and responsive service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in Industrial Supply or Safety Product customer service or related field.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CSD software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Builds strong customer relationships by providing excellent service and acting as the primary liaison between customer and Martin.
• Assist customers with product selection, order placement, order management, pricing, invoicing, and delivery.
• Enter and track customer orders from inception through delivery.
• Communicate with sales to assist customers with setup, parts, and daily operations.
