Job summary

Titus, an Air Distribution Technologies, Inc. company, seeks a Customer Service Specialist for its Plano, TX location. You will support customer accounts and act as a liaison between customers, sales managers, engineers and plant personnel.

The role involves processing orders, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong customer relationships across internal teams to ensure timely, accurate shipments and pricing.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing, sales, or distribution.
• High school diploma required; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for phone and email communications.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; solid typing skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary communications link between customers, sales staff, plants and other departments via email, fax, or phone.
• Process, change, and update orders, credits, and product return authorizations.
• Manage a high volume of daily email communications (50-150 emails).
• Run customer order reports to proactively get orders shipped.
• Promptly issue credit, debit and return material authorizations.
