Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative at 855 Concord Pkwy S, Concord, NC 28027. You will assist customers inside and outside the center, use U-Scan tech to manage rentals, move and hook up trucks, and inspect equipment. On-the-job education is provided.

Starting pay is $13 per hour with interviews and bonuses as part of the Hire Fast, Pay Fast program. Benefits and a safety-focused team environment are available to eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with U-Haul products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
