Job summary

Responsibilities

• Handle basic Customer Service tasks and inquiries.
• Process EDI orders and address EDI errors.
• Provide monthly reports to CS Manager and Exec VP.
• Maintain accurate customer records and SOP adherence.
• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders professionally.
