Job summary

Bosma Enterprises in Indianapolis, IN seeks a Customer Service Representative for a full-time, temp-to-hire role. You will provide basic customer service, process EDI orders, and support the CS team, working on-site at least 3 days per week.

You will use Salesforce, EDI, Word, Excel, and Gmail to assist customers, write clear communications, and produce monthly reports for the CS Manager. A high school diploma or GED and 2+ years in CS are required or preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• A minimum of two years' experience in Customer Service is preferred.
• Knowledge of Salesforce or another CRM is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform all basic Customer Service functions.
• Process all integrated and non-integrated EDI orders, including answering inquiries and resolving EDI errors.
• Provide monthly CABVI reports to CABVI and the Customer Service Manager.
• Acknowledge, process, and resolve all customer claims.
• File pertinent claims with the freight forwarder/carrier to recover costs of damages/losses.
• Provide daily and monthly number reports to the Executive Vice President.
• Use technology to perform job duties daily (Word, Excel, Gmail, Salesforce, EDI).
• Ensure work is accurate, timely and aligned with SOPs and best practices.
• Collaborate with customers, staff and stakeholders in a professional manner.
• Suggest process improvements to support Bosma Enterprises' mission.
