Job summary

Laundry-4U LLC in Houston, TX is seeking a dependable Customer Service Advisor to assist customers, process wash-dry-fold orders, and maintain a clean, welcoming store. The role requires strong communication and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

The schedule includes 3PM-11PM and 11PM-7AM shifts, weekend availability, and 18+ with bilingual English/Spanish. Benefits include PTO, weekly stipend for in-store washing, and opportunities for advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 months of customer service or retail experience.
• Basic technology skills (tablets, apps, simple troubleshooting).
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly assistance to customers.
• Use tablets/apps to complete wash-dry-fold orders and support daily store tasks.
• Process wash-dry-fold payments using the POS system.
• Monitor machines and keep the store clean, organized, and safe.
• Maintain communication with management and support staff, including reporting machine issues, customer concerns, and any incidents that occur during your shift.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Support store operations with additional tasks as needed.
