Job summary

Speed Queen Laundry Stores in Texas is seeking a Customer Service Representative to maintain high levels of service by assisting customers with payment systems, selecting machines, processing wash/dry/fold orders, and addressing questions.

You will help keep the store safe and clean, report maintenance issues, educate customers on products, and process sales while ensuring policy adherence. Flexible schedule including nights and weekends; prior retail or service experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift light loads.
• Comfort with basic computer systems and payment terminals.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with payment systems, machine selection and operation, and wash/dry/fold orders.
• Maintain a safe store environment by following procedures and prioritizing safety.
• Keep store clean and presentable; follow cleaning routines and document completion.
• Document equipment and building maintenance issues and escalate when needed.
• Present merchandise attractively and educate customers on products; process sales and upsell where appropriate.
• Provide consistent quality service and address customer concerns promptly; report issues to store management.
