Job summary

Abbott Label in Arizona seeks a Customer Service Representative to liaise with customers, address inquiries, and resolve complaints. You will work with the Production Team to understand customer needs and ensure accurate order processing. The role requires strong communication, proficiency with computers, typing 30 WPM, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced printing environment.

High school diploma and 2+ years of customer service experience are required. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years Customer Service/Receptionist experience required.
• Order entry experience preferred.
• Experience in printing industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with customers via telephone, email, or in person to provide support and information on products or services.
• Collects and enters orders for new or additional products or services.
• Fields customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative’s knowledge, forwards to the assigned lead or manager.
• Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns.
• Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
