Abbott Label, a family-owned label manufacturer, seeks a Production Manager for our Arizona facility. You will lead manufacturing operations to run efficiently, meet customer demands, and maintain high quality at the lowest possible cost.

Ideal candidates have strong experience in production management and Flexographic printing, with a focus on safety, Lean practices, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in a Production Management position.
• 4-7 years’ experience in Flexographic Printing industry.

Responsibilities

• Organize and prioritize manufacturing and production activities to meet customer demands.
• Develop daily production plans by reviewing demands and inventory levels.
• Oversee the daily functions of production personnel and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Maintain safety, quality, and Lean manufacturing practices across the plant.
• Manage payroll approvals, overtime, and vacation requests for production staff.
