Job summary

Abbott Label is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as the liaison between customers and production. The role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, and processing orders in a fast-paced Arizona office.

You will need strong communication, computer proficiency, and the ability to multi-task while maintaining accurate customer records. Training will be provided, with a comprehensive benefits package available.

Qualifications

2+ years of Customer Service/Receptionist experience required.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Order entry experience preferred.
Experience in printing industry preferred.

Responsibilities

Interacts with customers via telephone, email, or in person to provide support and information on products or services.
Collects and enters orders for new or additional products or services.
Fields customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative’s knowledge, forwards to the assigned lead or manager.
Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns.
Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
