• Run press when needed.
• Confirm all job signoffs are done accurately.
• Discuss daily goals with press operators at shift start.
• Troubleshoot machine/press issues as needed.
• Monitor shift throughput daily.
• Discuss shift operation improvements with supervisor.
• Coordinate with off shifts on die usage sheets and signoffs.
• Review Paycor Timecards daily.
• Train employees and conduct performance reviews.
• Keep operational areas organized and clean during shift.
• Overtime may be required based on production needs.
